Our client, Zynga, was seeking a partnership between Top Eleven and a globally recognised brand with deep-rooted credibility in football. Hyundai was a natural fit. Beyond its long-standing association with the sport, research showed that Top Eleven players are more than 20% more likely to consider Hyundai for their next vehicle purchase compared to the average consumer (GWI), creating a strong strategic alignment from the outset.
For more than 25 years, Hyundai Motor Company has invested in football at every level, supporting elite clubs, grassroots initiatives and some of the sport's most watched global moments. This enduring presence has helped establish Hyundai as one of football's most recognisable brand partners worldwide.
As gaming continues to influence how fans engage with football - shaping tactics, fandom and community - the partnership represented an opportunity to connect two highly engaged audiences through a shared passion, while reinforcing Hyundai's relevance within modern football culture.
The Solution
Top Eleven developed a bespoke in-game integration, the Hyundai NEXT Cup Tour, supported by a collaborative social and influencer campaign. Timed to coincide with a period of heightened global football attention, the campaign was designed to maximise fan engagement while positioning Top Eleven as the ultimate football management experience.
The “Hyundai NEXT Cup” featured a 10-day themed in-game event with exclusive challenges and rewards, celebrating Hyundai’s football heritage and spotlighting 10 priority marketsand vehicle USP’s.
The campaign successfully boosted brand credibility, extended audience reach and delivered strong player engagement through premium gameplay experiences.

The Hyundai NEXT Cup Tour came to life across every touchpoint - connecting with fans through gaming, social and media worldwide -
driving millions of fan interactions around the world.
The partnership also delivered hours of dedicated influencer coverage across 9 global gaming and football-focused creators, spanning both long- and short-form YouTube content.
