Our client, Zynga, was seeking a World Cup-aligned brand partnership for Top Eleven. With Hyundai’s football heritage and research showing Top Eleven target audience are over 20% more likely to choose Hyundai as their next car versus the average consumer (GWI), the partnership was a clear win-win from kick-off.

Hyundai Motor Company has a long-standing legacy in football, with more than 25 years of global sponsorships spanning FIFA World Cups, elite clubs, and national teams - including the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

As gaming continues to shape modern football culture - from tactics and fandom to community and identity - the partnership with Top Eleven represents a natural evolution of Hyundai’s cultural relevance strategy: uniting two of the world’s biggest passion points to engage audiences in a more connected, immersive way.

Top Eleven delivered a bespoke Hyundai-branded in-game integration; the “Hyundai NEXT Cup” tour, which Hyundai supported with a collaborative social and influencer campaign designed to tap into the building pre-World Cup hype and reinforce Top Eleven’s position as a leading football management experience.

The “Hyundai NEXT Cup” featured a 10-day themed in-game event with exclusive challenges and rewards, celebrating Hyundai’s football heritage and spotlighting 10 priority marketsand vehicle USP’s.  

The campaign successfully delivered against its objectives, strengthening brand credibility through alignment with an official World Cup sponsor, expanding reach via Hyundai’s global audience, and driving engagement through high-value, time-limited gameplay experiences.

The campaign resonated strongly with both new and existing Top Eleven players, generating more than 120 million combined views in its first week across high-performing social content, amplified via Hyundai Motor Company’s global channels.

The partnership also delivered over two hours of dedicated influencer coverage across 9 global gaming and football-focused creators, spanning both long- and short-form YouTube content.
